Recorded in London with musicians from a wide range of backgrounds, including Bill Bruford, Chris Spedding, and Kuma Harada, the album moves effortlessly from blues to progressive and psychedelic jazz-rock and mellow rock. Throughout, Peacock’s poetic vocals illuminate an exceptional set of songs. Needless to say, it is a masterpiece. Peter Lemer’s subtly layered keyboard work provides a particularly effective accent.
