All of the compositions are Peacock originals. Alongside his former wife Annette Peacock and musicians such as Paul Bley and Carla Bley, Gary Peacock stands out within the New York loft-jazz milieu for the extraordinary lyricism of the inner landscapes he creates. This gem of an album offers a beautiful example of that deeply personal and evocative sensibility.
