Recorded with an excellent lineup including Larry Coryell on guitar, Bob Moses on drums, Mike Nock on piano, Dominic Cortese on accordion, and Chris Swansen on percussion, this album delivers a powerful strain of bluesy jazz-rock filled with hard-blowing saxophone work and a raw, psychedelic rock edge. Coryell’s distorted guitar and Nock’s sharply attacked backing piano also burst through with tremendous energy. An undeniably cool and forceful jazz-rock session.
