The album incorporates vocoder, electric piano, and even the Solina string ensemble, an early string machine used before the widespread arrival of synthesizers. Moving from standard covers to ethno-spiritual jazz that recalls the atmosphere of the aforementioned A Day of the Sun, this is a truly outstanding session throughout.
