Fisher moved to Japan in 1985 and remains active in Tokyo today. This was the first album he released after relocating to Japan. Blending electronic sounds created with instruments such as the Yamaha DX7 and Casiotone with live drums, percussion, and other acoustic instruments, the album presents bright ambient music overflowing with positive energy.
