[Namisuke Merchandise] Information on purchases and future order-based sales schedule

We would like to provide an important announcement regarding the sales background and delivery of our Suginami City official anime character "Namisuke" merchandise.
The Namisuke merchandise sold at our shop is original merchandise carefully crafted one by one by the users and staff at the social welfare corporation "Suginami Kibou no Ie".
"Suginami Kibou no Ie" is a Type B continuous employment support facility primarily for individuals with intellectual disabilities, where they engage in various activities such as manufacturing, light work, and park cleaning at their own pace.
About two years ago, through a connection with a facility staff member, we began handling original "Namisuke" merchandise.
Our shop introduces new items and seasonal recommendations, mainly featuring music-related designs.
Future Order-Based Sales Schedule
Namisuke merchandise is not mass-produced; it is made in sequence by the users and staff. Therefore, we will be adopting a [monthly order-based sales] system as follows:
Starting in July, we will begin accepting orders according to the following schedule:
July Order Schedule
・Order Period: July 15th to July 20th
・Estimated Delivery: Shipped by August 15th
Regular Schedule (August and beyond)
・Order Deadline: 10th of each month
・Estimated Delivery: Shipped by the end of the deadline month
Please Read Before Purchasing
・As each item is made individually, please allow some time for delivery. We would appreciate your understanding of the product's background when making a purchase.
・Due to the nature of order-based sales, we cannot accept specific delivery date requests. We appreciate your understanding.
・If we have stock in our physical store or if production progresses faster, delivery may be earlier than scheduled.
Direct Purchase at "Suginami Kibou no Ie"
Namisuke merchandise can also be purchased directly at the social welfare corporation "Suginami Kibou no Ie" facility.
If you contact them by phone in advance and visit with ample time, they may be able to produce the desired item for you on the spot.
