[Namisuke Merchandise] Information on purchases and future order-based sales schedule

We would like to provide you with an important announcement regarding the sales background and delivery of our Suginami City official anime character "Namisuke" merchandise.
The Namisuke products sold at our store are original items carefully crafted one by one by the users and staff at the social welfare corporation "Suginami Kibou no Ie".
"Suginami Kibou no Ie" is a Type B employment support facility mainly for people with intellectual disabilities, where they engage in manufacturing, light work, and park cleaning at their own pace.
About two years ago, we began handling original "Namisuke" products through a connection with the facility's staff members.
At our store, we introduce new items and seasonal recommendations, primarily featuring music-related designs.
Regarding the Future Order-Based Sales Schedule
Since Namisuke products are not mass-produced and are crafted sequentially by users and staff, we will adopt a monthly order-based sales system as follows:
Starting in July, we will begin accepting orders according to the following schedule:

Order Schedule for [July]
・Order period: July 15th to July 20th
・Estimated delivery: Shipped by August 15th
Regular Schedule for [August and onward]
・Order period: 1st to 10th of every month
・Estimated delivery: Shipped by the end of the month in which the order was placed

・As each item is made individually, delivery may take some time. We appreciate your understanding of the product's background when making a purchase.
・Due to the nature of order-based sales, we cannot accept specified delivery dates. Thank you for your understanding.
・If we have stock at our physical store or if production progresses faster, delivery may be earlier than scheduled.

Namisuke products can also be purchased directly at the facility of the social welfare corporation "Suginami Kibou no Ie".
If you contact them by phone in advance and visit with ample time, they may be able to produce your desired product on the spot.
