[Namisuke Merchandise] Information on purchases and order-based sales schedule

We would like to provide you with important information regarding the background of sales and delivery of "Namisuke" products, the official anime character of Suginami City, which are handled at our shop.
The Namisuke products sold at our shop are original products carefully crafted one by one by the users and staff at the social welfare corporation "Suginami Kibou no Ie".
"Suginami Kibou no Ie" is a Type B employment support facility where mainly intellectually disabled individuals engage in manufacturing, light work, park cleaning, and other tasks at their own pace.
Approximately two years ago, through a connection with the facility staff, we began handling "Namisuke" original products.
At our shop, we mainly feature music-related designs and introduce new products and seasonal recommendations.
Regarding the Future Order Sales Schedule
Namisuke products are not mass-produced; they are manufactured sequentially by the users and staff. Therefore, we will adopt a system of 【monthly order sales】 as follows:
We are accepting orders according to the following schedule:
Normal Schedule
・Order Deadline: 10th of each month
・Estimated Delivery: Shipped by the end of the closing month
Please Read Before Purchasing
・Since each item is produced individually, delivery may take some time. We appreciate your understanding of the product's background before making a purchase.
・Due to the nature of order-based sales, we cannot accept specific delivery date requests. We appreciate your understanding.
・If we have stock at our physical store or if production proceeds faster than expected, delivery may occur earlier than scheduled.
Direct Purchase at "Suginami Kibou no Ie"
Namisuke products can also be purchased directly at the facility of the social welfare corporation "Suginami Kibou no Ie".
If you contact them by phone in advance and visit with sufficient time, they may be able to produce the desired product for you on the spot.
