This album was released in 1961 from the <Series 2000> series of Time Records, a label founded in the late 50's in California, USA. This Japanese release from Nippon Columbia in 1965 features works by Luciano Berio, Sylvano Bussotti, and John Cage. A1 by Berio is a piece for voice and percussion on a poem by E. E. Commings; B1 by Bussotti is a development of a section from "Piece de chair II" composed in 1959. B2 by Cage is a music concrète for voice and electronic sounds that combines two pieces. The inside spread includes a description of the music as well as a photo of the four musicians in a friendly atmosphere.
