This is the second album released in 1977 by singer/songwriter Tomoko Soryo, who was a member of the vocal duo Tinna. The album was produced by her husband at the time, Yasunori Soryo, who also arranged all the songs. The album features a variety of styles of music, from soul and R&B to jazz and Caribbean, all performed in a relaxed, urban style, with a soft, thorny touch. Yumi Arai's (Yumi Matsutoya) "Hikouki-Gumo” was released in 1973, and the influence of Tin Pan Alley on the Japanese pop music scene is immeasurable, and we can feel its aftermath here.
