This is an album released in 1967 by an orchestra comprising 14 free improvisers, with pianist Alexander Von Schlippenbach at the helm. Noteworthy participants include Manfred Schoof, Gunter Hampel, Willem Breuker, and Peter Brotzmann. Of particular interest are the pre-Guru Guru era Mani Neumeier and Can's Jaki Liebezeit. This project, which later evolved into the Globe Unity Orchestra, represents some of the earliest recordings of the ensemble. Both sides of the album feature sessions lasting over 20 minutes, filled with a chaotic flood of sound, yet surprisingly accessible and captivating. The aggressive drum and percussion play by Mani and Jaki is particularly overwhelming. This is a domestic reissue from 1975.
