An artist compilation album released in 1984 by Astor Piazzolla, a leading Argentine bandoneon player who revolutionized the tango world. "Rosa Rio" and "Todo Fue" from 1962's album "Nuestro Tiempo", "Introduccion a Heroes y Tumbas" and "Requiem Para Un Malandra" from 1963's album "Tango Contemporaneo". The album is an excellent collection of rare songs and performances from the early to mid-1960s, when the unique style of nuevo tango was established. A2 in particular is truly a new tango world created by Piazzolla. Original Argentine pressing.
