This album was released in 1984 by Darol Anger and David Marshall, American multi-instrumentalists who also have works on the West Coast New Age label Windham Hill. The duo performs songs in a country/folk style on stringed instruments such as mandolin, violin, mandocello, and guitar, and covers songs by Bach, Chick Corea, and Charlie Parker in addition to their original compositions. This is a pleasant piece with an unplugged sound that is very calm and peaceful from start to finish. We recommend A6, which is full of new age taste, and B1/B3, which are contemporary jazz with flowing guitar sounds.
