Album released in 1978 by German synthesizer player Georg Deuter, a pioneer of New Age music. After the release of his first album in 1971, which featured sludgy psychedelic rock with primitive percussion rhythms and the feedback sounds of electric guitars and synthesizers, Deuter travelled to India and other oriental countries and became so oriental-oriented that he converted himself. This album is a remarkable manifestation of Deuter's orientation, with beautiful and delicate sounds played by nature sounds and electronic sound effects, spiritual drone sounds that make the listener's consciousness seem distant, and oriental folk instruments such as the sitar, and depicts a meditative world as if in pursuit of an as yet unseen Shangri-la.
