sleeve : EX+(light collapse on one corner.)

The only leader album by American trumpeter Don Sleet, whose short career ended due to drug abuse, released on Jazzland in 1961. The quintet included Jimmy Heath (ts), Wynton Kelly (p), Jimmy Cobb (ds) and Ron Carter (b), and the coolness of the playing is evident on this album, with influences of Miles Davis and Chet Baker. This is a Japanese reissue released in 1992 on WAVE Special Products' <Wave Jazz Classics> series. There is no insert.
