This album was released in 1980 by Ebenezer Obey, one of the most famous Nigerian singers since the 1960s, and his group, His Inter-Reformers Band, famous for being known as Chief Commander. Using the Yoruba percussion style of his roots as a format, he has developed a highlife style mixed with juju, a style of local music from Nigeria and Mali. It is a long song of more than 17 minutes that fully uses both sides of the board, with the comfortable vibrating rhythm of the talking drums, the flowing slide guitar unique to juju, and the soft and gentle vocals.
