This is a 1984 quartet album by American saxophonist George Adams—who was featured in the first edition of the guidebook Obscure Sound for his 1979 quintet work Paradise Space Shuttle—and his longtime collaborator, pianist Don Pullen, known for his work with groups such as Albert Ayler's. The lineup includes Dannie Richmond on drums and Cameron Brown on bass. The record features top-tier performances throughout, including track A3, which channels the spiritual lineage of John Coltrane and Pharoah Sanders, and track B2, a stunning piece that transitions between ragtime, bossa nova, and other rhythms, sometimes gently and other times with explosive intensity.

A3: Message Urgent
B2: Triple Over Time
