This album was released in 1997 by Hands To, a project by American artist Jeph Jerman who has been active since the late 1980s. Jeph Jerman has produced a lot of electronically processed concrete noise music from field recordings made in nature, and from the artwork of this album, it seems that it was probably recorded in the desert in Arizona or somewhere and then processed. It is an electro-acoustic work in which various concrete sounds continue to move while rustling and rattling around. There are parts with rhythms that sound like percussion, but what exactly are these sounds?
