This was introduced in the guidebook "OBSCURE SOUND REVISED EDITION". This is a 12-inch single released in 1984 as an introduction to Non-Standard and Monad, two labels that Haruomi Hosono started after the end of Yen Records. The A-side, titled "Making of Non-Standard Music," featured electro music that boldly incorporated breakbeats into the synth pop of the YMO era, and led to "S.F.X." and works under the name Friend of Earth. The B-side, titled "Making of Monad Music," contains three tracks of minimal electronics with a contemporary/experimental flavor, a precursor to the sightseeing music series to be released later. The book and cardboard box are not included.
