An album released in 1977 by Izumi Tateno, a Japanese pianist based in Helsinki, Finland since the 1960s, known for his active performance of works by modern and contemporary Finnish composers. It is from the <Pro-Use Series> of Toshiba Records. It features a score composed by Finnish composer Pehr Henrik Nordgren on the theme of "Kwaidan," a book of Japanese ghost stories translated into English by Koizumi Yakumo, a writer of the late 19th century who became a naturalized Japanese citizen and engaged in a wide range of writing activities, including novels and essays.
