A best album released in 1983 by the renowned Indian singer-songwriter duo Jagjit Singh and his wife, Chitra Singh, who gained fame in the Indian music scene from the 1970s onwards and were known as the "King and Queen of Ghazal." All the songs in this album were featured in Indian films, including solo performances by Jagjit and Chitra, as well as one duet. The album offers a wonderful listening experience, allowing you to fully enjoy Jagjit's sweet vocals and Chitra's rich falsetto voice. The harmonies and melodies of Ghazals have similarities to Japanese popular songs, making them feel very familiar to the ear. Highly recommended.
