This album was released in 1978 by Indian singer/songwriter Jagjit Singh and his wife Chitra Singh, who were known as the "King and Queen of Ghazals" and gained fame in the Indian music world after the 1970s. Ghazal is a form of lyric poetry based on the theme of love in the literary tradition derived from the Middle East and Asia, and ghazal music is a form of poetry. In this work, too, you can experience the essence of Indian songs in their entirety, with the slow rhythm of the tabla and the delicate melody of the sitar as a backdrop, and the beautiful chorus with the meltingly sweet voice. The music is very familiar to the ear with a scale similar to that of Japanese songs. It is the Indian version of Adult Oriented Pop.
