Leader album released in 1975 by acclaimed American pianist Kenny Drew, who moved from the USA to Europe in the 1960s. Following on from the classic 'Dark Beuty' released on the same label the previous year, this album finds Drew in a trio with lifelong friends Neils-Henning Orsted Pedersen (b) and Albert Heath (ds), playing scores by Dave Brbeck, Duke Ellington and Sonny Rollins, as well as his own original compositions. scores and his own original compositions. Drew's characteristic delicate touch on the piano resonates pleasantly. The recording and sound quality is very good, with the core sound of the drums and bass contrasting nicely with the glossy sound of the piano. Original Danish pressing.
