This is a 12" single released in 1986 by Bozi Boziana, a Congolese singer/guitarist who played in many groups such as Zaiko Langa Langa, Langa Langa Stars, Choc Stars and Orchestre Anti-Cho. The single was produced by Verkys, a leading figure in Congolese popular music since the 60's. The tune and arrangement of the song is different from other soukous, which was at the forefront of Congolese rock music at that time. The B-side featuring a deeply echoed female vocal is interesting.
