This is a leader album released in 1977 by Swedish saxophonist Lennart Aberg, who has played on many great ethnic jazz albums from Scandinavia, such as Rena Rama and Oriental Wind. This is a jazz orchestral work featuring Okay Temiz(per), Bobo Stenson (p), Palle Danielsson (b), Jon Christensen (d), Leroy Lowe (ds), and a host of other Scandinavian jazz musicians. This is a masterpiece of quite high quality, ranging from powerful modal jazz with a fast pace to swingin' big band jazz with an adult flavor. The final track, B3, has a spirituality similar to that of John Coltrane and Archie Shepp, and even has a psychedelic feel. The best performance.
