This is the album by Chinese-American female artist Lucia Hwong, released in 1985 on Private Music, a new age label founded by Peter Baumann, an original member of Tangerine Dream. Hwong, who has been active as a model worldwide, is also an exceptionally talented musician, and this album features Oriental New Age electronics with a continental sense of timelessness, boldly using synthesizers while including elements of Oriental folk music from China, Tibet, Korea and Japan. It's a worldview shared by Yas-Kaz and others.
