Martha and the Muffins M+M
Danceparc
RCA (Germany) 1983
PL 14664 (LP) w/original inner sleeve.
sleeve : EX-(collapse on two corners, light color-faded.)
media : EX+/EX+(some slightly noise.)
This is the album released in 1983 by Martha and the Muffins, a group that emerged in the early punk/new wave scene derived from Canada in the late 1970s. The album is a danceable New Wave album that combines band sounds and electronics with arrangements that show a big influence from Talking Heads and Tom Tom Club while maintaining a punkish no-wave image. B4 is also nice with its combination of clean tone guitar riffs and odd time signatures similar to Drutti Column.
B1: Several Atylea of Blonde Girls Dancing
B2: Boys in the Bush
B4: Whatever Happened to Radio Valve Road?
