This 1980 album is by French organist Rhoda Scott, whose 1979 masterpiece "Molybdenum" was featured in the guidebook "Obscure Sound: 640 Selections for a Utopian Soundscape." It contains live recordings from a concert held at the Salle Gaveau concert hall in Paris in 1979. A1 is a sprightly rendition of "Isn't She Lovely," a global hit single from Stevie Wonder's historic 1976 album "Songs in the Key of Life." A2, a gospel arrangement of a song from the movie "Annie," is also excellent, but Scott's original compositions, such as the uplifting grooves of A3 and B1, are truly superb.
A3: Dans Ma Vie
B1: Shitville
