This album was released in 1973 by singer/songwriter/guitarist Roberto Carlos, who has been at the forefront of MPB since the early 1960s, laying the foundation with his ally Erasmo Carlos. The album contains mainly jazz popular ballad tunes featuring a gorgeous string orchestra, including A5, which features a song by Silvio Cesar, a singer/songwriter who left a superb groovy album with members of Azimuth in 1978. B3, a funky psychedelic rock tune with a rhythm section that grooves rough and wild and a thick brass ensemble, is unique and the best. (Chee)

A5: O Moco Velho
B3: Nao Adianta Nada
