This is a masterpiece album released in 1975 by British musician Brian Eno, who began his career as a member of the British rock band Roxy Music and founded the Obscure label. The A-side features an extended track recorded in his own studio. It involved sending synthesized sounds through a digital recall system to a Glyco and Echo unit, processing the resulting sound source, and recording it by feeding the delay generated through another recorder – a truly innovative and discreet approach. The B-side consists of a three-part suite featuring The Cockpit Ensemble under the direction of Gavin Bryars. Both sides of the album showcase an experimental style inspired by Erik Satie's "Furniture Music" and can be considered a precursor to the "Ambient" series, defining music as an environment in urban life. This is a reissue from the Editions EG label in the UK.
