The Nightcrawlers, an electronic unit from New Jersey, USA, formed in 1980 by Dave Lunt, Tom Gulch, and Pete Gulch, has independently released many works on cassette tape. This album was released on their private label in 1987. This is their first analog album since "Nightcrawlers" released in 1984. The album features ambient electronics such as A3, with its deep soundscapes quietly spreading, and B3, with its white noise and heavy pad sounds, as well as a variety sounds of electronic instruments using Korg Poly 800, SQD-1, DW-8000, Casio CZ-101, CZ-5000, Yamaha CZ-1000, and CZ-5000. CZ-5000, Yamaha DX-21, Roland Super Jupiter, JP-6, JX-8P, TR-707, and many other Japanese synthesizers, as well as the Oberheim Matrix 12, Matrix 6, Sequenial Circuit Prophet VS and Ensoniq ESQ-1. This is an unexplored record that is under the influence of Kraut electronics, and yet features the digitized synthesizer music electronic music unique to this era.
