This is a masterpiece album released in 1979, featuring Yosuke Yamashita, a master of free jazz in Japan, and Haruna Miyake, a contemporary pianist. This is a live recording of a concert that Miyake hosted at Jean-Jean in Shibuya, Tokyo, where he invited Yamashita to perform "Contemporary Music is Me". A1 plays with the theme of "Itsuki No Komori-uta" and the solos of each player intertwine. This is practiced live, and the cross-fertilization of the two musicians from different fields is terrific and badass.
