This was introduced in the guidebook "OBSCURE SOUND REVISED EDITION". This is the original soundtrack album for the film adaptation of Kenji Miyazawa's novel "Night on the Galactic Railroad," with music by Haruomi Hosono. The album incorporates elements of Slavic folk music, which Hosono was interested in at the time, and adds an even more mysterious color to the fantastic world of the novel. There are fragments of the sound production that was practiced in Cochin Moon, the first electronic music album in the 70's, and many other works released at the same time by Non-Standard/Monado.
