This is an album released in 1982 by An Bichi, a singer who represents the Korean traditional music world and is designated as a Korean human cultural asset, Mook Keewoul, and Lee Eunjoo. It features Korean classical folk songs, and as with the album "Chag Boo Tahryung" released in 1979, you are first blown away by the tenacious, elongated, and dusky singing of these three singers. Korea has a very unique musical culture nurtured by the climate of the Korean peninsula, and you can sense that the influence of Korea is part of the roots of Japanese classical music, and at the same time, its verses and hummable singing have influenced Japanese songs as well. Korean classical folk songs are interesting.
