This is the second album, released in 1985, by German guitarist Siegfried Schwab—who has contributed to the ethnic prog band Embryo and collaborated with Dutch jazz musicians such as Jasper Van't Hof and Chris Hinze—and Percussion Academia, led by Freddie Santiago and Guillermo Marchena. The album features tracks like A1, where Sigi Schwab's delicate acoustic guitar gracefully dances over a groovy beat created by wind chimes and various percussions, and B1, where his outstanding playing blends danceable Latin percussion rhythms with guitar-work that even covers the bass parts. While following in the footsteps of the new age ethnic jazz from their previous work, this album evolves into a more danceable acoustic ensemble, making it an incredibly enjoyable listen.
