The Long Hello were formed by David Jackson, Nic Potter, Guy Evans from the British progressive rock band Van Der Graaf Generator. Their first album was released in 1974, is an organic jazz-rock album with a more pastoral ensemble than the Van Der Graaf Generator, and with more floating brass melodies on flute and saxophone. If you like Egberto Gismonti's work from the 70s and 80s, or the Venezuelan Vytas Brenner, this is the album for you. This is the reissue in 1976.
