An album released in 1982 by American trumpeter Woody Shaw on the renowned German label Enja. Shaw, who participated in numerous sessions with groups like Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers, the Horace Silver Quintet, and the Joe Henderson Quintet, left behind many masterpieces with his own groups as well. This album features a quintet lineup including Steve Turre (trombone, percussion), Mulgrew Miller (piano), Stafford James (bass), and Tony Reedus (drums), recorded the same year at Vanguard Studio in New York.
