Makoto Inoue, a former member of Hikashu and Inoyamaland, released an album in 1983 that featured a re-arranged performance of the soundtrack from the movie 'Godzilla,' originally composed by Akira Ifukube. Many associated musicians like Koji Ueno from Guernica, Koki Takagi from Juicy Fruits, Toshio Iizumi from 8 1/2, as well as members from Hikashu, contributed to the album. Incorporating sound effects and a blend of march-style motifs synonymous with special effects films, the album encapsulates the peculiar and atmospheric vocal tracks reminiscent of Hikashu and Guernica. It's a fascinating piece that distinctly showcases Sei Inoue's profound love for Godzilla. The synthesizer touches indeed carry the signature style of Inoyamaland.
