A 12-inch single released in 1982 as a pre-cut from "Rhythm of Life," the first solo album by Scottish singer/songwriter Paul Haig, who began his career in 1979 as a member of the post-punk band Josef K. This wave disco masterpiece, designed for the dance floor, features bottom-heavy machine rhythms, running bass, crisp cutting guitars, and Italo-disco-like synthesizers. The percussion in the break is also impressive. While the vocal version on side A has a lazy atmosphere that is enjoyable, the dub-treated instrumental version on side B is highly recommended.
