This 7-inch single features the original soundtrack of the 1974 Japanese film "Sayonara Morocco," which was produced, written, directed, and starred Kinya Aikawa, a multi-talented actor. The music was also composed by Kinya himself. The film was shot entirely in Morocco at great personal expense. Both sides begin with a line from the movie (the B-side also has a line at the end), and there are no performance credits. There is no particular atmosphere of local Moroccan music, and the full orchestra plays instrumental numbers in the so-called easy listening style, but the atmosphere is very nice, with an elegant atmosphere of adult melancholy. The bass sounded good, too.
