This album was released in 1982 by Son 14, a Cuban band formed in 1978 led by Adalberto Alvarez, Esuardo Morales, and Vicente Napoles Destrade. A1 and A4, which develop hotly after the introduction of cosmic synthesizer sounds, and A3, in which falsetto vocals softly sing against an elegant piano and slow brass section. This is a nice piece of vivid Afro-Cuban music with a different flavor, topped with the standard style of son, bolero, and guanguanco. Recommended.
