Akira Ito was the keyboard player for the Far East Family Band, which debuted as Japan's first progressive rock band under the production of Klaus Schulze. This is a solo album released in 1979, featuring Shizuo Takasaki of the Far East Family Band, and also Kiyohiko Semba. Side A is a piece of Butoh music created for commission by the Japanese dancer Hanayagi Kinuyo, but the content is electronic prog rock that takes you to another dimension. Side B is very similar to Klaus Schulze influenced German electronics. Both of them inherit the symphonic feel of the Far East Family Band era, but use a lot of analog synthesizers to create a Buddhist-like meditative world with a lot of Japanese touches.
