An album released as the 12th work on the prestigious label Opus One, run by Max Schuble, which has produced numerous works by lesser-known composers, ranging from experimental music to modern classical. It is believed to be from the early 1970s and features four compositions by American composer Beatrice Witkin. Track A1 is chamber music for eight instruments in three movements. Track A2 is a flute solo interlude. Track B2 features a horn ensemble performed by the New York Brass Society. The highlight is track B1, featuring a tuba and tape. Comprising four movements, this avant-garde contemporary electronic piece interweaves live tuba performance with tape-modulated sounds.
