An album released in 1977 by American pianist/composer Carla Bley, who co-founded the Jazz Composers Orchestra Association with her husband Michael Mantler and made significant contributions to the jazz world, such as protecting musicians from commercialism. Featuring Michael Mantler, Bob Stewart, Richard Tee, Eric Gale, Steve Gadd, and others. As the title suggests, this is an excellent work that features warm jazz, perfect for dinner time, spanning swing, bop, ragtime, and blues. A4 is particularly outstanding. It's an urban jazz tune with urban, swaying horns, a wet-toned guitar, and Carla Bley's whispering, ennui-filled vocals. It's truly a superb track.
