An album released in 1976 by French composer Charles Chaynes, who composed numerous operas, symphonies, chamber music, and concertos, and also served as a producer for Radiodiffusion-Télévision Française (RTF) and the head of the music service at Radio France. Side A features a piece for ondes Martenot, piano, and percussion, characterized by strong piano attacks and scattered bursts of lively percussion. Side B consists of piano works, but it is likely that a synthesizer or electronic oscillator was used, making the inclusion of trippy electronic sounds in key parts particularly fascinating.
A1: Tarquinia (1973) pour ondes Martenot, piano et percussions
B2: M'Zab (1972) pour piano
