An album released in 1988 features the works of Romanian composer Ede Terenyi, who studied at the Music University in Târgu Mureș, graduated, and went on to serve as a professor at the same institution for over 50 years. With over 200 compositions and more than 300 essays to his name, Terenyi's legacy is significant. Side A is a score for cello and orchestra—a rhapsody themed around Baroque music, as suggested by its title. The performance is by the Symphony Orchestra of the same university, with cellist Peter Szabo. Side B features music for four percussion instruments, performed by the Cluj-Napoca Percussion Ensemble under the direction of Grigore Pop. The contrast between indigenous musical elements influenced by Bartók and the contemporary harmonic structures stands out prominently.
