This album was released in 1978 by Mike Nock, a New Zealand-born, Australia-based jazz pianist who left his famous ambient jazz album "Ondas" for ECM in 1982. The album features piano solos, and all compositions are his own, except for one piece by Dave Brubeck. The entire album is full of emotional acoustic piano solos, ranging from beautiful pieces that evoke natural scenery to pieces that express raging emotions like a torrent. His performance is truly captivating.
