An album released in 1971 by German psychedelic artist Okko Bekker, following his masterpiece "Sitar & Electronics". This work contains teaching speeches for yoga and meditation music, featuring sitar and synthesizer drones performed by Bekker and Bernhard Luth, percussion such as tablas arranged in space like geometric patterns, and inner space music guided into deep meditation by Ulrich Brockmann's speeches. On the back cover, yoga poses are illustrated, with each track corresponding to a specific pose.
