The album was released in 1985 by Morgan Fisher, a British musician who played with Ian Hunter's British rock band Mott The Hoople in the 70s, and has collaborated with Hybrid Kids and Lol Coxhill since the 80s. This is the first album released by him since moving to Japan in 1985, where he continues to live and work in Tokyo. It is a masterpiece of bright ambient music filled with positive energy, combining electronic sounds using Yamaha DX-7 and Casicotone with live instruments such as drums and percussion. Originally released in Japan on the Ohmagatoki label as part of Shiseido's "Sirius Collection" series.
