The sole album from Ose, the solo project of French multi-instrumentalist and music journalist Herve Picart. Produced with full support from none other than Richard Pinhas of Heldon—one of the central figures in French electronics and the avant-garde—the record unleashes a barrage of Moog, Arp, and Oberheim analog synths, paired with searing electric guitars from both men, creating an intense soundscape that conjures a pseudo-cosmic environment. While its textures and structures recall Heldon, the music steers away from darker, manic overtones, instead painting a fantastical and dreamlike universe. Spin the B1 track at 45rpm, and it transforms into an even crazier slice of cosmic electro.
