An album released in 1990 by Johnny Alf, a Brazilian musician who debuted as a pianist in the early 1950s and established a new style in the early 1960s that later led to Bossa Nova. The album features duets with a luxurious lineup of artists such as Gal Costa, Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil, Roberto Menescal, Chico Buarque, Zizi Possi, and Emilio Santiago. The work primarily consists of mellow, adult-oriented tunes with a string orchestra, as well as contemporary Brazilian jazz featuring Marcio Montarroyos. It is an absolutely fantastic album throughout. Highly recommended.
