Akira Ito was the first member of the Far East Family Band, the first progressive rock band in Japan, together with Kitaro and Tomisao Miyashita. This album was released in 1982. Takashi Toyoda plays on this album. The music was composed while practicing asceticism at an empty temple on the Boso Peninsula, and was produced to the rhythm of the heartbeat in a state of meditation and rest. The taste of the songs and the sound production is the same as on the other albums, blending the psychedelic-progressive imagery of the Far East Family Band era with pure synthesizer sounds. The sound production on the title track A3 and B4 with its floating guitars is particularly outstanding.
